Q. Do you offer credit?

A. We require payment within 7 days of delivery.

Q. How are you cakes packaged?

A. We deliver cakes in reusable, airtight plastic boxes. These remain the property of Kerry's Cakes and need to be returned, clean, at the next delivery.

Q. What is the shelf life of your cakes?

A. Sponge cakes have a shelf life of 5 days. Traybakes have a shelf life of 10 days. Only our Vegan Nut and Caramel Bar needs to be refrigerated, but most of our cakes can be frozen – if in doubt please ask.
